Focus on building executive-ready dashboards and reports while enabling capture teams pursuing opportunities across VA, DHA, HHS, and other federal agencies.

Location: Miami, FL - Remote (within location). Candidate must reside within the continental US.

What you will do

• Research upcoming federal contracting opportunities using government procurement websites, market intelligence platforms, and industry resources.
• Monitor procurement forecasts, contract awards, recompete opportunities, and industry announcements across federal healthcare agencies.
• Develop competitive intelligence by researching competitors, incumbents, teaming partners, and market trends to support capture planning.
• Maintain accurate opportunity, account, and pipeline information in Salesforce CRM.
• Create executive reports, dashboards, and pipeline analytics to support leadership decision-making.
• Assist capture and proposal teams with customer research, procurement history, briefing materials, gate reviews, and capture planning activities.

Requirements

• Residency: must reside within the continental US.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Government, or a related field, with 0–2 years of professional experience in business development, market research, consulting, sales operations, government contracting, or related work.
• Strong analytical skills to research, organize, and interpret market and business intelligence data.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Power BI, GovWin, SAM.gov, and USAspending.gov.
• Experience using AI productivity tools (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to improve research and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with Federal Government procurement and proposal development, including VA, DHA, or HHS.
