Salary: $93,937–$159,693 Annually

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for WMS applications, integrations, and warehouse automation platforms.
• Manage and resolve production incidents and service requests within established SLAs.
• Coordinate application support activities across releases, deployments, and production cycles.
• Lead support and development resources to prioritize work assignments and resolve complex defects.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to gather requirements and evaluate solutions.
• Design real-time and batch system interfaces and data enrichment pipelines in a cloud-native ecosystem.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 12+ years of experience supporting and developing enterprise applications using Java, Spring, and SQL.
• 7+ years of experience in a lead development role.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience supporting WMS in a production environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Databricks, and cloud solutions.
• Understanding of ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with IBM WebSphere, IBM MQ, Drools, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as CosmosDB.
• Experience supporting Digital Transformation and modernization programs.
