What you will do

• Build and ship developer tooling, framework components, and reusable templates to raise engineering productivity.
• Contribute to the agentic development ecosystem, including Claude Code configuration and MCP integrations.
• Strengthen the authentication service and identity model using Keycloak, OAuth2, and OIDC.
• Develop and operate services using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Kubernetes.
• Apply engineering standards and best practices while helping product teams adopt them.
• Investigate and improve system reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Two or more years of fullstack software design and development experience.
• At least one year of hands-on experience with Java.
• Experience building web applications and working with cloud-native systems on AWS.
• Familiarity with or strong appetite to learn authentication standards like OAuth2 and OIDC.
• Experience using modern AI coding tools or eagerness to adopt them.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience with client and server-side JavaScript, including React, Node, and Remix.
