What you will do

• Write high-quality copy across all digital channels, including email, paid social, digital display, web, and video scripts.
• Maintain deep brand fluency across five healthcare education institutions, ensuring distinct voice and compliance.
• Collaborate with Art Directors and the Associate Creative Director to seamlessly integrate copy and design.
• Mentor and provide creative guidance to junior Copywriters within the Toronto team.
• Utilize AI-assisted tools like Pencil to iterate and enhance content production speed and quality.
• Manage multiple concurrent briefs and deliver against agreed SLAs without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio of digital writing (email, social, web) demonstrating craft and strategic thinking.
• Proven ability to adapt tone and register across multiple brand voices with precision.
• Experience in higher education, healthcare, or mission-driven sectors.
• Background in high-volume content production environments with a deadline-driven style.
• Must be based in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
• Advanced proficiency in AI writing tools and experience designing AI-assisted workflows.
