Senior Medical Copywriter (Pharmaceuticals)

What you will do

• Develop omnichannel content for digital assets (emails, banners, websites, social media) and print materials (posters, patient guides).
• Ensure all content adheres to FDA regulations, local legislation, Fair Balance standards, and internal MLR/PRC policies.
• Collaborate with design, brand, and production teams to deliver accurate and engaging copy.
• Leverage Generative AI tools to ideate, draft, and optimize content while applying human editorial judgment for compliance.
• Manage citations, reference packs, and document submissions using Veeva PromoMats.

Requirements

• Must reside in or have legal authorization to work in the US.
• Degree in PharmD, MPharm, PhD, MPH, or a relevant health science discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in a medical communications agency or similar setting.
• Hands-on experience with MLR/PRC workflows and regulatory writing/editing.
• English: Fluent (C1) proficiency required.
• Availability to work EST business hours (8:30 am – 5:00 pm).

Nice to have

• Experience with Veeva PromoMats, Jira, and Microsoft 365.
• Exposure to GenAI tools and prompt engineering.
• Understanding of WCAG accessibility, HIPAA data privacy, and social media platform policies.
