What you will do

• Proofread and QA content across SMS, email, portal notifications, letters, and print collateral.
• Maintain and update internal knowledge base content for accuracy and consistency.
• Collaborate with AI agents to optimize content workflows and knowledge management.
• Simplify complex, industry-specific information into clear, accessible plain language.
• Partner with content strategists to ensure all deliverables align with brand standards.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience as a proofreader or copy editor, ideally in an agency or corporate setting.
• Must be available to work during East Coast business hours.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to distill complex concepts into concise language.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Portfolio submission required for application.
• Spanish proficiency (written) is a preferred skill for consumer-facing content.
