Salary: USD 110,000 - USD 145,000 yearly

What you will do

• Own and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap for Global TV Distribution, including release planning and prioritization.
• Act as product manager and subject matter expert for assigned platforms, guiding capabilities, enhancements, and operational needs.
• Run product discovery: conduct stakeholder interviews, perform process analysis, review data, and document user needs.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing roadmap initiatives, production support, technical debt, risk, and UX improvements.
• Partner with engineering, vendors, architects, and technical partners to clarify requirements, review solution options, and support delivery.
• Drive change management and adoption by communicating updates, supporting training, and analyzing usage and production support trends.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or technology delivery for enterprise applications.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience.
• Experience with roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and product lifecycle activities.
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and delivery-ready work items.
• 5+ years working with SDLC and Agile delivery processes; experience with Jira.
• Strong communication skills across business, product, engineering, and leadership stakeholders.
