What you will do

• Manage day-to-day administration and financial reporting for Private Equity clients.
• Prepare and review investment structure consolidations and load financial data into internal systems.
• Handle fund expense payments, journal entries, and third-party reconciliations for investments and cash.
• Calculate capital calls, distributions, management fees, and carried interest according to fund documents.
• Prepare NAV packages and investor allocations for each cycle.
• Collaborate with clients, banks, and auditors to ensure smooth delivery of reports.

Requirements

• Experience in Financial Accounting, Fund Accounting, or Audit.
• CPA, ACCA, or CA qualification.
• Must be based in Toronto, ON, Canada.
• Private Equity or Private Debt experience is preferred.
