Location: Must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA, or VA. If located in Washington state near Tukwila, hybrid attendance at HQ is required on Tuesdays & Wednesdays.

Salary: $80,200–$97,800 annually.

What you will do

• Execute digital web solutions supporting campaigns, product initiatives, and member experience enhancements.
• Build and maintain landing pages, microsites, and reusable components using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Contribute to the DXP initiative, including the migration from Sitecore to Optimizely.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including UX, Marketing, and IT to translate business requirements into effective solutions.
• Ensure all web experiences meet accessibility (WCAG/A11Y), SEO, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, story refinement, and estimation.

Requirements

• Must be a resident of WA, OR, ID, AZ, TX, GA, SC, NC, CA, or VA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in web development, digital solutions, or digital marketing technology.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with CMS platforms such as Sitecore, Optimizely, or Adobe.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in an Agile environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with front-end frameworks like Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with personalization tools and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of analytics tools and performance measurement practices.
