What you will do

• Architect and own developer tooling, platforms, and CI/CD pipelines to provide engineering leverage.
• Design data ecosystems and dashboards to provide visibility into engineering throughput and health.
• Treat developer experience as a product by defining roadmaps and measuring adoption.
• Lead continuous improvement of CI/CD systems to ensure fast, reliable, and secure deployments.
• Build documentation and standards to enable team self-service.
• Champion the adoption of AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience building developer tools, platforms, or pipeline systems.
• Expert proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, Go, or TypeScript.
• Extensive experience with AWS, Terraform, and Ansible.
• Deep expertise in CI/CD systems including Jenkins, GitHub, Flux CD, and Harness.
• Experience with artifact management tools like JFrog Artifactory.

Nice to have

• Strong experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or Datadog.
• Proven track record in agile software development and DevOps methodologies.
