What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable cloud infrastructure services within AWS and Azure environments.
• Develop automation and software deployment pipelines using Go, Python, or similar languages.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform and Packer.
• Configure and optimize cloud networking components, including firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers.
• Collaborate with engineering teams on observability, logging, and security practices to enhance resilience.
• Manage production release pipelines and respond to incidents to ensure stability and uptime.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience working with containerized applications (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands-on experience deploying and managing infrastructure in both AWS and Azure.
• Strong proficiency in Go and/or Python.
• Experience with Terraform, Packer, or Ansible for infrastructure provisioning.
• Knowledge of IAM and cloud security best practices.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with OS package mirrors, custom DEB/RPM packaging, and Makefile-driven build systems.
• Expertise in Linux networking and Bash scripting.
• Experience with secrets management tools like HashiCorp Vault, AWS Secrets Manager, or Azure Key Vault.
• Experience with Postgres database management and redundancy.
• Knowledge of Rust or TypeScript.
