• Develop and optimize software to improve supply chain operations and efficiency.
• Build robust applications using Java and React in an agile environment.
• Implement and maintain automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Isolate and resolve complex system performance problems.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer in an agile environment.
• Expertise in object-oriented Java development.
• Proficiency in React development.
• Strong experience with automated testing.
• Must be based in Mexico.
• English proficiency: 80% mandatory.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Spring application development.
• Experience with Extreme Programming (XP) practices and principles.
• Working knowledge of cloud architecture and 12-factor applications.
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate delivery and maintain quality.
