Junior Fullstack Java Developer (Java)

TL;DR

Junior Fullstack Java Developer (Java/Angular/React): Developing and maintaining full-stack applications with an accent on Java backend services and responsive frontends. Focus on building RESTful APIs, implementing microservices architecture, and managing containerized deployments with Docker and Kubernetes.

Location: Must be based in Charlotte, NC or Dallas-Irving, TX (Hybrid/Onsite as required)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Create responsive user interfaces using Angular and React.
• Build and support RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Containerize applications using Docker and deploy them within Kubernetes environments.
• Participate in CI/CD processes and contribute to automated deployment pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Owners and QA in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on Java development experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Angular and React.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization.
• Experience with GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, and developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience building or supporting Microservices architecture within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Must be eligible and willing to convert from W2 contract to full-time employment.

Nice to have

• Experience developing applications using Python.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Familiarity with automated testing and DevOps best practices.
