What you will do

• Write code and contribute to the development of software applications, modules, and components.
• Participate in requirements analysis, design, architecture, system integration, and project management.
• Test code to identify and fix bugs to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Collaborate with software architects, designers, and product managers to align with project goals.
• Design, build, and secure scalable REST APIs for internal UI and third-party integrations.

Requirements

• Must be based in Utah
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in Core Java (11/17+), JVM internals, memory management, and concurrency.
• Experience with Spring and Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in React, Next.js, and Material UI.

Nice to have

• Experience with relational and non-relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Experience with search and indexing technologies like Elasticsearch.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools (GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, or ChatGPT).
• Familiarity with AI-directed prompt engineering for application development.
