What you will do

• Serve as a primary technical resource for settlement programs, managing eligibility criteria and claims data.
• Translate client inquiries into clear, data-driven answers using platform tooling and SQL/Python scripts.
• Perform quality assurance and troubleshoot data discrepancies to ensure accuracy in settlement outputs.
• Provide support for API capabilities and assist internal teams with settlement-specific data issues.
• Document recurring solutions to build institutional knowledge across the organization.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, and litigation management teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Pittsburgh, PA.
• 1+ years of experience working with SQL data sources.
• Proficiency in Python or similar scripting languages for data validation.
• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel or work outside standard business hours during settlement deadlines.
