Salary: $170,000 – $290,000 + Equity

What you will do

• Architect and maintain core iOS components and the hirify.global Design System.
• Strengthen networking and persistence layers to ensure app reliability.
• Drive app stability initiatives and reduce crash rates across the platform.
• Partner with product teams to establish and promote best practices for feature development.
• Contribute to shared architecture that keeps the application performant at scale.

Requirements

• Must live within commuting distance of New York, Seattle, San Francisco, or Los Angeles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in Swift with deep understanding of iOS fundamentals and SwiftUI.
• Proven track record of delivering user-facing features and shipping products quickly.
• Strong product instincts with a user-first mindset.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-commerce or social products.
• Familiarity with A/B testing frameworks, analytics instrumentation, or growth experimentation.
