What you will do

• Configure Salesforce solutions using Flows, Validation Rules, Dynamic Forms, Lightning App Builder, Security, Approval Processes, and Object Model configuration.
• Develop custom functionality when needed using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs in a low-code, configuration-first approach.
• Build and support integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems (ERP, middleware, marketing solutions, and external applications).
• Collaborate with consultants and architects to translate functional requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions, including testing, troubleshooting, and deployment support.
• Improve solution quality via technical documentation, code reviews, best practices, reusable components, and continuous platform improvements.

Requirements

• Strong Salesforce configuration experience with the ability to develop when required.
• Hands-on experience with Apex, LWC, SOQL, REST APIs, and integration development.
• Understanding of Salesforce products and ecosystem.
• Experience working in consulting environments and Agile delivery teams.
