What you will do

• Define and execute the long-term vision for the CI/CD ecosystem to enable high-velocity development.
• Partner with engineering leads to translate complex workflows into scalable, high-performance tooling solutions.
• Lead efforts to maximize build reliability and efficiency, targeting significant productivity gains.
• Spearhead the integration of agentic AI and intelligent automation into developer workflows.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive architectural reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and maintaining large-scale, modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Mastery of at least one modern language such as Python, Go, C++, or Java.
• Strong working knowledge of build infrastructure automation and container orchestration (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Proven track record of solving complex technical problems at scale.
• Must have existing United States work authorization.
