Salary: $72,000–$97,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design and implement GenAI/LLM solutions using models like GPT, Claude, Gemini, and Llama.
• Develop RAG architectures to improve information retrieval accuracy and source attribution.
• Optimize prompts using advanced techniques like Chain-of-Thought and ReAct.
• Implement MLOps best practices including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and versioning.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to ensure model performance, safety, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders.

Requirements

• Must be a recent graduate (within 2 years) with a degree in CS, Engineering, or Data Science.
• Must hold or obtain Claude Certified Architect (CCA-F) certification within one week of hire.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship (no H1-B, F-1/OPT, or STEM OPT).
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Familiarity with GenAI frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Foundational knowledge of NLP, vector embeddings, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice to have

• Masters degree.
• Experience with agentic AI systems (LangGraph, AutoGen).
• Familiarity with vector databases (Pinecone, Chroma) and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Hands-on fine-tuning experience with open-source LLMs.
• Proficiency with Docker, Git, and CI/CD workflows.
