What you will do

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design and implement manufacturing automation processes.
• Troubleshoot production issues, identify automation bottlenecks, and apply design improvements.
• Serve as the Automation Molding Subject Matter Expert for equipment and processes.
• Mentor and train Associate Mold Process Technicians on automation setup and creative solutions.
• Optimize injection molding processes using design of experiments and stabilize production cycles.
• Ensure all work adheres to strict quality, safety, and documentation standards.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, or refugee/asylee due to ITAR regulations.
• Minimum 2-year technical degree or 4 years of equivalent experience in molding.
• 1 year of experience in automation implementation.
• Ability to understand electrical-pneumatic components, schematics, and ladder logic or robotic programming.
• Proficiency with measuring instruments such as calipers and dial indicators.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for technical reporting.
