What you will do

• Interpret large-scale datasets regarding customer behavior, payment performance, and deposit/withdrawal journeys.
• Translate advanced analyses into persuasive narratives to align senior stakeholders and guide critical priorities.
• Define and lead experimentation strategies, establishing best practices for test design and measurement.
• Partner with Product and Operations leaders to influence roadmaps and prioritize initiatives.
• Architect and evolve scalable reporting frameworks to enhance visibility into funnel health and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Data Science, Engineering, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in analytics or data science.
• Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python, R, SAS, or Matlab).
• Deep understanding of statistical methods, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
• Experience building reporting solutions using Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Sigma.
• Must be able to obtain a gaming license issued by the appropriate state agency as a condition of employment.
