What you will do

• Administer global equity plans for all employees using the Shareworks platform.
• Manage stock transactions, tax withholdings, and global compliance.
• Collaborate with internal tax, payroll, legal, and people operations teams.
• Educate employees on equity awards and policies through live and recorded presentations.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations, custom reports, and supporting documents for SOX auditors.
• Monitor global compliance developments in partnership with internal and external counsel.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in global equity plan administration for private and publicly traded U.S. companies.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CEP Level I minimum certification (Level III preferred).
• Expert proficiency in Shareworks and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, V-lookups).
• Working knowledge of ASC-718 accounting rules and general equity taxation.
• Experience with Workday and other major third-party equity software systems.
