Program Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Serve as the primary interface with the Contracting Officer (CO), COR, and AOUSC leadership.
• Provide operational oversight for SOC-related services, including Cybersecurity Triage, Incident Response, Forensics, and Threat Hunting.
• Develop and execute the Program Management Plan (PMP), Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), and transition plans.
• Manage administrative, financial, and logistical activities for BPA task execution.
• Ensure compliance with NIST, ITIL v4, and Judiciary cybersecurity frameworks.
• Manage program risk registers, issue logs, and provide KPI reporting and executive summaries.

Requirements

• Active Public Trust clearance is required.
• B.S. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• 5+ years in the cybersecurity industry, including experience supporting policy, technical standards, and workflow development.
• 3+ years of experience delivering cybersecurity services and managing advanced capabilities like IR and forensics.
• Active PMP certification.
