What you will do

• Build long-term relationships with strategic customers to ensure high satisfaction and expand the product footprint.
• Develop and execute joint success plans (JSP) to align customer objectives with tangible product outcomes.
• Drive adoption of automation solutions and maximize the return on customer investment.
• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Technical Support to ensure a cohesive account strategy.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer, providing feedback and insights to improve product offerings.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and prompting techniques to increase efficiency and scale departmental needs.

Requirements

• Fluent in English, Dutch, and French.
• Must be based in Belgium.
• At least 5 years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role or similar.
• 7+ years of experience in Professional Services and/or Presales.
• Deep knowledge of SaaS, Enterprise Software, and Intelligent Automation or financial process automation.
• Proven track record of acting as a trusted advisor to Executive-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Project Management experience handling large enterprise accounts.
