What you will do

• Design and maintain features across the customer journey, including acquisition, activation, and monetization.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data teams to translate customer insights into actionable product improvements.
• Implement and analyze experiments using feature flags and A/B testing to validate hypotheses.
• Build reliable event pipelines to track customer behavior and inform product strategy.
• Contribute to architecture, technical design, and long-term platform scalability.
• Mentor teammates through code reviews, design discussions, and technical leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience building and operating production software.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools and familiarity with the AI tooling ecosystem.
• Product mindset with experience using analytics and business metrics to inform engineering decisions.
• Proven track record of taking ownership of ambiguous problems and driving projects to delivery.
• Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience working on Growth or Engagement teams.
• Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Experience with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing.
