Senior Fullstack Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and ship end-to-end features from problem to production across the full stack.
• Develop AI-native infrastructure and agentic workflows to enable new user experiences.
• Architect scalable services and optimize backend logic, APIs, and databases.
• Build industry-specific solutions for verticals such as Aviation, Logistics, and Emergency Response.
• Multiply team productivity through code reviews, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical bottlenecks and tech debt.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional fullstack development experience.
• Proficiency in JS/TypeScript, React, and Node.js.
• Strong system design skills with experience in MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and Redis.
• Experience building and scaling real production systems.
• Fluent in AI-assisted development, using AI tools daily to accelerate coding and debugging.
• Location: Must be able to work from the Tel Aviv office.

Nice to have

• Experience with Mapbox, GCP, or WebGL.
