What you will do

• Develop and lead clinical biomarker strategies to support critical portfolio decisions.
• Define biomarker plans for target engagement, pharmacodynamic understanding, and patient stratification.
• Provide scientific oversight for biomarker assay development, validation, and analytical performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Clinical Development, Biostatistics, and Regulatory Affairs.
• Manage external laboratories, CROs, and biomarker budgets to ensure high-quality data delivery.
• Author and review biomarker sections for protocols, study reports, and regulatory submissions.

Requirements

• PhD in Immunology, Oncology, Life Sciences, or related discipline.
• Experience in clinical development and biomarker plan implementation.
• Strong understanding of translational science and biomarker technologies (genomic, proteomic, etc.).
• Business-level proficiency in English (oral and written).
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment in London.
• Knowledge of GxP requirements and regulatory standards for biomarker development.

Nice to have

• Experience in late-stage or registration-enabling clinical programs.
• Demonstrated success in influencing key development decisions within a matrix organization.
• Business-level proficiency in French.
