What you will do

• Manage day-to-day operational delivery of the clinical study, including milestone tracking and documentation.
• Collaborate with the Behavioural Medicine team to design and refine a 6-week autonomy-supportive group coaching series.
• Develop study materials, including protocols, participant information sheets, and session content.
• Deliver live virtual group coaching sessions using evidence-based behaviour change frameworks.
• Coordinate patient recruitment, randomisation, and data collection across study arms.
• Maintain study documentation and ensure compliance with clinical safety and safeguarding protocols.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK
• Relevant qualification in a behavioural health discipline such as psychology, nutrition, or exercise science.
• Proven experience delivering behaviour change coaching, specifically in weight management or obesity care.
• Strong grounding in behaviour change theory, including COM-B, SDT, and Motivational Interviewing.
• Experience in project or research coordination with high attention to detail.
• Ability to facilitate live, virtual group sessions while maintaining psychological safety.

Nice to have

• Experience in clinical research coordination and understanding of research ethics.
• Knowledge of GLP-1 medications and obesity pharmacotherapy.
• Experience with group coaching in commercial, digital health, or NHS settings.
