Salary: $145,000 - $150,000

What you will do

• Serve as the lead CPO providing personal security support for senior executives.
• Develop and implement comprehensive security and logistical plans for domestic and international travel.
• Conduct complex advance risk assessments and site analysis prior to executive arrival.
• Create and manage a Residential Security program.
• Liaise with law enforcement, venue security, and special event planners.
• Develop crisis management protocols in partnership with the Global Security Operations leadership team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in law enforcement, military, or corporate security with executive-level experience.
• Current and active HR 218 certification and ability to be licensed to carry a firearm.
• Valid U.S. Passport and active driver’s license.
• Willingness to travel on short notice and be available 24/7 for emergencies.
• Ability to complete company background checks and drug testing.

Nice to have

• Close Protection certification from an accredited program.
• Tactical experience (SWAT, defensive tactics, CQB).
• EMT or BLS certification.
• Tactical/Evasive driver training certification.
• International or supervisory experience.
