What you will do

• Conduct classified and open-source research to identify and develop CI leads and high-value targets.
• Prepare target nominations, lead tenders, and operational support packages.
• Maintain and update intelligence databases and target records.
• Perform all-source, network, and damage assessment analysis to support targeting decisions.
• Coordinate targeting efforts with operational units, intelligence agencies, and federal law enforcement.
• Produce intelligence reports and executive-level briefings.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance with a current CI Polygraph required.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 20 years of relevant professional experience.
• 12+ years of experience as a CI/HUMINT Targeting Officer or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of one year of professional experience supporting intelligence activities involving China, Russia, Iran, or North Korea.
• Proven ability to develop high-quality intelligence products and executive-level briefings.
