  • Experience with schematic capture, PCB design, hardware development, prototype bring-up, and validation.
  • Working knowledge of mixed-signal design, power integrity, signal integrity, grounding, and EMI/EMC-aware layout.
  • Experience with circuit-simulation tools such as LTspice and developing engineering tools or test automation using Python.
  • Strong technical communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Nice to have

  • Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance.
  • Experience designing electronics for radar, aerospace, defense, communications, or other mission-critical applications.
  • Familiarity with FPGAs, embedded processors, high-speed digital hardware, RF hardware, or RF system integration.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management systems such as Arena.

Culture & Benefits

  • Hands-on laboratory work on mission-critical radar hardware.
  • Collaboration across electrical, RF, mechanical, embedded software, manufacturing, and systems engineering disciplines.
  • Opportunity to contribute to designs from initial requirements through prototype validation, production release, and deployment.
  • Compensation includes annual bonus, stock options, and benefits.
