What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for new clients during their website development and launch phase.
• Manage a portfolio of 20–40 clients simultaneously, guiding them through various stages of the onboarding process.
• Educate clients on product features, website editors, and portal applications to ensure they realize full platform benefits.
• Monitor project deadlines and hold clients accountable for providing necessary content, forms, and assets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to track support tickets and ensure project milestones are met on time.
• Deliver high-quality customer service to build strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Downers Grove, Illinois.
• Proven experience in account management or customer experience roles.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure when dealing with escalated issues.
• Proficiency in working both independently and within a team environment.
