What you will do
- Develop and lead Red Bull Ireland’s year-round gaming strategy in alignment with the global gaming direction.
- Build partnerships with Irish gaming creators, esports players, universities, gaming cafés, tournament organisers, and esports organisations.
- Localise and deliver global Red Bull gaming properties while creating original Irish events and activations.
- Lead event production, logistics, budgets, talent contracts, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination.
- Develop gaming content with creators, production partners, and Red Bull Media House across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Twitch, and emerging platforms.
- Advocate for gaming internally and integrate gaming opportunities into brand, commercial, trade, field, consumer collecting, media, and athlete marketing initiatives.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in gaming, esports, creator management, or culture marketing.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills across grassroots communities, creators, internal teams, and commercial partners.
- Experience explaining gaming trends, digital platforms, and community mechanics to non-specialist stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience with end-to-end event execution, budget management, and partner management.
- Knowledge of gaming culture, creators, esports, streaming, and platforms including Twitch, Discord, and TikTok.
- Ability to work in a hybrid role based in Dublin 24, Ireland.
