What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical architect across multiple client engagements, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
• Lead architecture design across frontend, backend, and cloud layers to ensure scalability and performance.
• Write production-grade code and establish engineering standards for CI/CD, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with Hardware, Data Science, and Design teams to deliver intelligent product ecosystems.
• Support pre-sales efforts, technical scoping, and estimation for Statements of Work.
• Mentor junior engineers and lead 24/7 on-call production support rotations.

Requirements

• Must be US-based and a US Citizen.
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• 4+ years of experience developing Java-based backend applications.
• 3+ years in a technical leadership role overseeing cross-functional engineering teams.
• Deep expertise in Django and Dropwizard, and strong proficiency in React, Expo, and TypeScript.
• Extensive experience building event-driven cloud platforms in AWS (Lambda, ECS, Fargate, RDS) and Azure.
