What you will do

  • Conduct RF and microwave measurements on semiconductor devices, packages, and test structures.
  • Operate and maintain high-precision laboratory equipment.
  • Develop automated measurement solutions using Python, MATLAB, or LabVIEW.
  • Analyze measurement results and generate detailed technical reports.
  • Collaborate with design and packaging teams to troubleshoot RF performance issues.
  • Document RF test methodologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Master's or Ph.D. program in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related discipline.
  • Academic background in RF Engineering, Microwave Engineering, Electromagnetics, or Wireless Communications.
  • Understanding of S-parameters, Transmission lines, Smith Charts, and Network Analysis.
  • Strong analytical and technical writing skills.
  • On-site presence in the laboratory is required.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with RF laboratory equipment.
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.
  • Knowledge of mmWave measurements or antenna characterization.
  • Familiarity with advanced semiconductor packaging technologies.
  • Previous internship or research experience in RF/wireless engineering.
