is a digital healthcare company (now part of Hims & Hers) building a preventive healthcare ecosystem through personalized clinics and long-term care programs.
What you will do
- Own end-to-end compliance with Philippine statutory employer obligations including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR.
- Manage all BIR employer obligations, including alphalist submissions, tax remittances, and Form 2316 distribution.
- Administer DOLE mandatory benefits, offboarding compliance, and final pay calculations within mandated windows.
- Ensure accurate registration of new hires with government agencies and maintain up-to-date employee records.
- Monitor regulatory changes and proactively update internal processes and documentation to avoid penalties.
- Prepare for and manage DOLE, BIR, and agency audits, acting as the primary point of contact for government queries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Philippine statutory compliance as an employer (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
- Deep working knowledge of BIR employer obligations, alphalist reporting, and eFPS/eBIRForms portal management.
- Direct experience as the primary owner of government compliance portals.
- Strong understanding of the Philippine Labor Code and DOLE requirements.
- Experience building or significantly improving compliance processes within a scaling business.
- Must be based in Manila, Philippines
Nice to have
- Familiarity with the Philippine Data Privacy Act and NPC registration.
- Experience documenting compliance processes and upskilling colleagues.
