TL;DR

HRIS Analyst (Dayforce): Support and stabilize the Dayforce environment for a global healthcare platform with an accent on system configuration and data integrity. Focus on managing asynchronous workflows, building custom analytics, and troubleshooting timekeeping and payroll modules.

Location: Hybrid in Manila, Philippines. Must be able to work an early Manila shift to ensure overlap with North American business hours.

What you will do

  • Process standard Dayforce transactions (new hires, job changes, terminations) from a managed work queue.
  • Configure and maintain system components across Core HR, Time & Attendance, and Benefits modules.
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable people insights.
  • Perform recurring HRIS audits to safeguard data integrity and correct errors at the source.
  • Reconcile time and pay data, run pre-payroll audits, and resolve timekeeping issues.
  • Execute UAT for system upgrades, releases, and new module rollouts.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of direct, hands-on Dayforce administration experience.
  • Proven track record of configuring Dayforce modules rather than just providing end-user support.
  • Expertise in reporting and data analysis within the Dayforce platform.
  • Ability to work an early Manila shift with a fixed daily overlap with North American hours.
  • Based in the Philippines with a proven track record of working autonomously in remote, distributed teams.
  • Excellent written English communication skills for asynchronous collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Dayforce module implementations or post-go-live optimization.
  • Familiarity with system integrations, interfaces, or data migrations.
  • Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or other highly regulated high-volume environments.
  • Previous experience supporting North American teams from an offshore capability center.
