Salary: $140,000 - $160,000

• Partner with senior leadership to shape company strategy, growth, and capital allocation.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across Product, Engineering, and Operations to improve business performance.
• Design and implement operating rhythms including planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Define long-term financial strategy and evaluate new business opportunities.
• Reimagine finance workflows by integrating AI into planning, analysis, and decision-making.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance.
• Proficiency in complex financial modeling and planning.
• Ability to drive alignment and work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Hands-on operator mindset with a focus on execution and detail.
• Must be able to work from the San Francisco office 3 days per week.
