Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv, Israel (3 days office, 2 days WFH)

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable solutions for the AI Core team.
• Collaborate on architecture and technical design decisions for the company's AI Platform.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and lead design and code reviews to maintain engineering standards.
• Deliver complex features and initiatives end-to-end, collaborating with Product and Architecture teams.
• Optimize system quality, performance, security, and scalability of AI infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of strong Full Stack engineering experience.
• Proven experience building complex software systems in a production environment.
• Strong proficiency in system design and software engineering.
• Experience with distributed, cloud-based, and large-scale production-grade systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working across multiple teams.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Tel Aviv office (Hybrid).

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, LLMs, or Agentic Systems.
