Senior Product Designer, Integrity

Location: Onsite at the hirify.global One-North office in Singapore

What you will do

• Create user-centric solutions for internal and enterprise web tools and mobile applications.
• Drive design-led initiatives in complex safety, fraud, abuse, data integrity, compliance, and trust-related problem spaces.
• Apply visual, interaction, content, and information architecture design across product experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Business teams to shape product strategy and deliver customer-centric solutions.
• Improve the design system and facilitate design processes, collaboration, feedback, and knowledge sharing.
• Contribute to the evolution of the design organization, its culture, empowerment, and processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of direct experience in product design.
• Portfolio of recent design work in English showing end-to-end workflow and project impact.
• Strong experience in user experience and interface design for web, mobile, or touch devices.
• Experience defining problems, designing, validating, and delivering solutions for complex issues.
• Experience with service design, user research, and translating findings into product improvements.
• Proficiency with Figma, AI agent tools, and AI-powered design workflows for research synthesis, ideation, and design-to-code.
