TL;DR
Senior Product Designer (AI) (Support and service design): Creating user-centric web tools, mobile applications, and AI-powered support experiences with an accent on visual design, information architecture, service design, and design systems. Focus on defining and validating complex problems, synthesizing user research, prototyping in Figma, and integrating AI tools into research and design-to-code workflows.
Location: Onsite at the One North office in Singapore

What you will do
- Design user-centric solutions for internal and enterprise web tools and mobile applications.
- Apply visual, interaction, content, and information architecture design to complex support experiences.
- Drive design-led initiatives and contribute to product and design strategy with a customer-centric perspective.
- Collaborate with Product, Analytics, Engineering, and Business teams.
- Improve and evolve the design system, design culture, and design processes.
- Facilitate design activities, constructive feedback, and knowledge sharing across teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 4+ years of direct product design experience.
- Portfolio of recent design work in English demonstrating end-to-end workflow and project impact.
- Strong experience designing user experiences for web, mobile, or touch devices, with working knowledge of front-end web development.
- Hands-on user interface and visual design experience with consistently high-quality output.
- Experience defining problems, designing and validating solutions, and delivering experiences for complex issues.
- Experience in service design and user research, with proficiency in Figma and AI agent tools.
