Product Manager - Portal & App (Fintech)

What you will do

• Own the product roadmap for the business customer portal and mobile app.
• Define product initiatives that improve customer activation, engagement, and feature adoption.
• Work with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Commercial teams to deliver customer-facing features.
• Manage prioritisation, backlog development, requirements definition, delivery execution, experimentation, and performance measurement.
• Use customer insights, behavioural analytics, and operational data to identify opportunities and track product impact.
• Support product requirements across the UK, US, UAE, EU, Australia, Singapore, and Latin America.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B fintech, payments, or SaaS.
• Experience owning customer-facing web or mobile products end to end.
• Ability to define metrics, instrument funnels, and make evidence-based decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills across engineering, design, compliance, commercial, financial, risk, and legal stakeholders.
• Good understanding of technical concepts and experience working closely with engineers.
• Must have the right to work in the jurisdiction where you intend to work.

Nice to have

• Experience with multi-region or multi-market products.
• Familiarity with mobile operating systems and related technologies.
