Pre-Sales Engineer (AI/ML)

What you will do

• Design architectural solution options and define technical approaches for customer needs.
• Lead project setup and kickoff: run init sessions, configure environments, and provide starter artifacts.
• Support and oversee project launches and early iterations to ensure presales commitments are met.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship through reviews and guidance on tech-stack selection.
• Gather, analyze, and formalize customer requirements; translate business objectives into technical solutions.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, roadmaps, and presentations; participate in demos, technical consultations, and RFP/RFI responses.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional software development experience.
• Strong full-stack background with Python or JavaScript.
• Practical experience with AI/ML technologies and model integration.
• Proven hands-on experience delivering end-to-end solutions (backend, frontend, and ML/AI integration).
• Systemic thinking and ability to make fast architectural decisions.
• English: B2 or higher for client communication and documentation.
