What you will do
- Manage day-to-day operations for SAP’s EMEA benefits programs, including pensions, insurance, transportation, and related benefits.
- Resolve employee benefits inquiries and coordinate accurate, timely outcomes with vendors and internal stakeholders.
- Lead operational delivery with external benefits vendors, including performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Monitor KPIs, service levels, and utilization data to identify efficiency opportunities.
- Act as the operational advisor within the Benefits Center of Expertise on administration, processes, and policy changes.
- Support new benefits rollouts and harmonization projects across EMEA.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in benefits, HR operations, total rewards, or HR shared services.
- Experience supporting multiple European countries and coordinating benefits administration.
- Experience working with external vendors, brokers, or service providers.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Analytical mindset, strong attention to detail, customer orientation, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and spoken English is required.
Nice to have
- French language skills.
- Experience with AI-assisted automation, prototyping, or AI data analytics.
