What you will do
- Prepare and validate population files, timelines, and data inputs for annual merit, performance, and bonus review cycles.
- Build compensation budget models, distribution curves, outlier analyses, salary structures, and merit matrices.
- Produce accurate compensation metrics, tables, data panels, footnotes, and source documentation for board and executive reporting.
- Support bonus plan reviews through employee data analysis, payout range modelling, presentation updates, and documentation changes.
- Handle Workday data uploads, equity grant list validation, patent premium tracking, and other Total Rewards projects.
- Coordinate with the Compensation & Benefits Expert, Head of Total Rewards, HRBPs, and People Operations on data collection and sign-off workflows.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of hands-on Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards experience.
- Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, scenario modelling, large datasets, and audit-ready workbooks.
- Experience with compensation benchmarking and job matching; Radford or Mercer Comptryx experience is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work independently from a defined brief and deliver clean, accurate analytical and operational outputs.
- Fluent English is required; French is strongly preferred for collaboration with Paris-based colleagues.
- A degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline is preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience managing compensation cycles in Workday.
- Experience supporting stakeholders across European or global markets.
- Comfort using AI tools such as Claude or Gemini for document drafting and workflow efficiency.
