TL;DR
Internship - Total Rewards (Compensation & Benefits) (Pay Equity, Compensation Analytics): Supporting pay equity modeling, compensation reviews, equity grant validation, benchmarking, and Workday data maintenance with an accent on statistical analysis, complex datasets, and global compensation operations. Focus on preparing EU Pay Transparency Directive analysis, building equity tracking dashboards, and coordinating accurate compensation data across HR, Legal, Payroll, and IP teams.

What you will do
- Prepare quantitative data, variance tests, and baseline models for pay equity audits and gender pay gap analysis.
- Support preparation for the EU Pay Transparency Directive by analyzing compensation trends across employee groups.
- Prepare, audit, and validate equity grant lists in partnership with HR Operations and Legal.
- Develop trackers and dashboards for equity distribution, vesting schedules, and dilution.
- Support annual compensation reviews, survey submissions, market benchmarking, patent premiums administration, and Workday bonus-data uploads.
Requirements
- Pursuing a Master’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Corporate Finance, Statistics, Financial Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or Econometrics.
- Strong mathematical and statistical modeling skills, experience processing complex datasets, and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Fluent English required.
- Adaptable, resourceful, and proactive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with AI agents and workflow automation.
- Experience using Claude or Gemini beyond basic prompting.
- French language skills.
