Focus on building trust-based partnerships, executing structured onboarding, and coordinating cross-functional go-to-market initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

What you will do

  • Co-create annual business plans and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track progress and identify growth opportunities.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key ecosystem partners to ensure alignment on business objectives.
  • Develop and execute structured onboarding plans and enablement initiatives to ensure partner success.
  • Track and analyze partner KPIs, providing actionable feedback and performance reports to internal stakeholders.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for partner escalations, conflict resolution, and strategic advocacy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to coordinate joint go-to-market campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in alliance management or a similar role.
  • Strong background in strategy, business development, and complex stakeholder management.
  • Proven track record in program development and execution.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and organizational leadership skills.
  • Ability to perform strategic thinking, planning, and complex problem solving.

  • Master's degree.
