What you will do
- Co-create annual business plans and lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to track progress and identify growth opportunities.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key ecosystem partners to ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Develop and execute structured onboarding plans and enablement initiatives to ensure partner success.
- Track and analyze partner KPIs, providing actionable feedback and performance reports to internal stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner escalations, conflict resolution, and strategic advocacy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to coordinate joint go-to-market campaigns.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, International Relations, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in alliance management or a similar role.
- Strong background in strategy, business development, and complex stakeholder management.
- Proven track record in program development and execution.
- Excellent cross-cultural communication and organizational leadership skills.
- Ability to perform strategic thinking, planning, and complex problem solving.
