What you will do

• Configure advanced technical solutions to address complex client inquiries and product issues.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical challenges across the product stack.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Professional Services teams to ensure comprehensive issue resolution.
• Identify and escalate recurring patterns to development teams to drive product enhancements.
• Serve as a technical advisor, providing best practices for leveraging the platform.
• Perform performance optimization to ensure efficient operation and resolve bottlenecks.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA
• 2+ years of experience in advanced customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in Ruby and knowledge of Python.
• Solid understanding of programming fundamentals including algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with SaaS implementations or integrations and business process automation tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Liquid templating language.
• Background in the legal industry.
