What you will do

• Manage technical integrations and onboarding for new brand partners, ensuring a complete end-to-end process.
• Troubleshoot brand issues and diagnose semi-technical problems to optimize client performance on the network.
• Execute migrations of brands between different affiliate networks upon request.
• Verify financial transactions to ensure alignment between internal hirify.global systems.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to assist in onboarding and lead routing.
• Create and maintain internal documentation and knowledge base resources for integration workflows.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in client management, SaaS customer support, or digital/affiliate marketing.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Proficiency with Zendesk, Hubspot, and spreadsheet management tools.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing technologies and influencer marketing.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. is a precondition of employment (no sponsorship provided).
