Location: Onsite in North East England (covering Northumberland, Newcastle upon Tyne, Gateshead and Sunderland)

What you will do

• Conduct RICS Level 2 Home Surveys and RICS Level 3 Building Surveys.
• Perform residential valuations and New Build Snagging Surveys where qualified.
• Produce accurate, comprehensive, and high-standard technical reports.
• Manage client communication through pre- and post-survey calls to discuss findings.
• Utilize modern surveying technology, including tablets and drones.
• Coordinate with the administration team for diary scheduling and appointments.

Requirements

• AssocRICS, MRICS, or currently working towards Chartered status.
• Proven professional experience within residential surveying.
• Excellent report-writing and communication skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
